1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Business Support Call Assistant provided by Easy Dial (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the AI Business Support Call Assistant.


2. Description of Service
Our AI Business Support Call Assistant is an intelligent software solution designed to automate and assist with business phone calls. The service may include, but is not limited to: answering frequently asked questions, scheduling appointments, taking messages, providing information, routing calls, and collecting basic information. The specific features and functionalities available to you will depend on your subscription plan or agreement with us.

3. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to the AI Call Assistant is accurate and complete.
Lawful Use: You agree to use the AI Call Assistant only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the service.  
Compliance with Policies: You agree to comply with any additional policies or guidelines provided by us regarding the use of the AI Call Assistant.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials or access methods provided to you for managing the AI Call Assistant.


4. Intellectual Property
Our Ownership: The AI Business Support Call Assistant, including its software, algorithms, design, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by Easy Dial or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AI Call Assistant in accordance with these Terms.  
User Content: Any data, information, or content you input or generate through the AI Call Assistant remains your property. However, by using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, use, process, and store this content for the purpose of providing and improving the AI Call Assistant.


5. Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.
You acknowledge and agree that the use of the AI Call Assistant may involve the collection, processing, and storage of personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary consents and legal basis for any personal data you provide or process through the AI Call Assistant.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE AI BUSINESS SUPPORT CALL ASSISTANT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI CALL ASSISTANT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE AI CALL ASSISTANT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.  


7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Easy Dial SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE AI BUSINESS SUPPORT CALL ASSISTANT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE AI CALL ASSISTANT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.  


8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Dial, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the AI Call Assistant, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.  


9. Termination
By You: You may terminate your use of the AI Call Assistant at any time in accordance with the terms of your subscription or agreement with us.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the AI Call Assistant at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you (which may be via email or through the service).
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the AI Call Assistant will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.
 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify your governing jurisdiction, e.g., the State of California, USA]. 13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
